TO RETRIEVE YOUR VEHICLE, YOU WILL NEED:

Last 6 digits of the VIN
Year, Make, & Model of the vehicle
Proof of Ownership (Vehicle Registration or Title in Your Name)
Date of Impound
A Letter of Authorization Form from the Police Department may be required in some cases. (See below.)
Photo identification such as driver’s license, state id, passport, school or work id

A Letter of Authorization FORM FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT MAY BE NEEDED IN SOME CASES:

Reasons a Letter of authorization Will Be Needed:

Arrest
Abandoned Vehicle
Stolen Recovery
*A Letter of Authorization is required regardless of the reason for the tow.

Insurance Coverage: 

If your vehicle is covered by full coverage insurance, the insurance company must call the lot office and provide a claim number. 

Special Circumstances:

Under certain conditions, a vehicle can be released to a second party with a Release Form.

If it’s titled in a Company/Business Name, then the vehicle can be released to a second party with a Notarized Hold Harmless Form.
