Diesel Mechanic

Responsibilities Include:
- Welding and fabrication of parts for new equipment and repairing current equipment
- Performing scheduled maintenance and service of fleet equipment (light duty, heavy duty, trailers and miscellaneous equipment)
- Perform necessary repairs to keep our fleet up and running
- Repair and maintenance of Hydraulics on towing and other equipment
- Communicating with management on supply and equipment needs

Dispatcher
Dispatcher Requirements:
Bolin Services’s mission is to help our customers cope with the needs of everyday life and to smoothly manage life’s little surprises. Serving the customer is our first intention… and we serve the entire St. Charles area, St. Louis area – up to throughout the MIDWEST!
We not only provide towing services for local police agencies but also for many local businesses. We are currently looking for full time dispatchers. The shifts needing to be filled are evenings and weekends.

Tow Truck Operator
We have an immediate openings for full- and part-time tow truck operators. We are looking to hire motivated, hardworking individuals who are willing to work nights and weekends. Are you ready to be part of the best tow company in the St. Louis area?

Qualifications Include:
- Must have at least one year experience operating a tow truck
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to drive a stick shift
- Must have, at minimum, a Class E license
- Must be able to pass a physical and drug test

Towing Call Taker
The primary responsibility of the Call taker, customer service answering phones, recording pertinent information from customers and entering calls to towing software.
The call taker uses a desktop computer, CAD dispatch software, map software, a multi-line phone as required. They are expected to check emails, review written and verbal training materials, and remain available to take calls throughout their shift.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is answering calls professionally in a timely fashion, with best customer service.
- First line of communication with our customers
- Communicating call information to Dispatchers to ensure services are completed safely, correctly and on time.
- Direct callers to impound when needed.
- Maintains an advanced understanding of towing and the services we offer.
- Review call info for accuracy and correct any errors or get any additional information needed before getting dispatched
- Use map resources to be aware of call locations.
- Communicate with Dispatcher on current availability and ETA.
- Communicate all pertinent information in the call notes.
- Monitor Credit Card Payment software.
- Prep mailing invoices and postage
Expectations
- Arrive to work on time daily, ready when shift starts to work.
- Professional and positive rapport with operators, office coworkers, and customers
- Strong multitasking ability
- Strong knowledge of the greater St. Louis area
- Ability to utilize map technology.
- Basic automotive understanding
- Knowledge of towing and vehicle weight limits
- Develop a familiarity with our accounts and the police municipalities we serve
- Use all resources to solve problems and provide outstanding service to our customers
