Frequently Asked Questions About Bolin Services

General Towing & Roadside Questions

What areas does Bolin Services serve in Missouri?
Bolin Services proudly serves St. Louis, St. Charles County, and surrounding Missouri communities. Our coverage includes major highways, urban roadways, and rural areas throughout Eastern Missouri. Long-distance and specialty towing services may be available upon request.

Are you available 24/7?
Yes. Bolin Services tow trucks of all sizes operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Emergencies don’t follow a schedule, and neither do we.
Our impound and storage lots, however, are not 24/7.  We do have multiple locations with impound and storage lots.  Please call to determine which lot your vehicle is located at and what the hours are for that location.

How fast can a tow truck arrive?
Response times vary based on location, traffic conditions, weather, and the type of service needed. For most calls within our Missouri service area, we strive to dispatch the closest appropriate truck as quickly as possible, whether it’s light-duty, heavy-duty, or specialized recovery equipment.

What information should I have when I call for a tow?
To help us respond quickly, please be ready to provide:
